TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you place an order, you agree to the Terms, Conditions and Purchasing Terms of MJASIA Corporation and enter into a sales contract with the Compa

 

1. HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

Add the products you would like to order to your cart and specify the size. Please make sure you study the sizing chart.

Once the items are added to the cart, you will be asked to proceed to checkout.  

 *FOR ORDERS TO US,  Canada, HK and Singapore: You can pay via PAYPAL.and Credit Card (via Paypal Guest Checkout). When you check out, you will be charged a shipment fee based on a Fedpak rate (fits roughly 2-3 items). For international orders, our prices do not include local taxes and customs duties of your country. 

*FOR ORDER TO COUNTRIES other than the US, Canada, Philippines, HK and Singapore): please email us so that we can quote you the shipment cost.  Please let us know what you would like to order. We will then send you an invoice with the shipping fee.

*FOR ORDERS TO THE PHILIPPINES: You have different payment options, including Cash on Delivery (for Metro Manila only), Paypal, Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discovery via Paypal Guest Checkout), BDO and BPI. Please see details below. For BPI/BDO, there are options available so you won't need to enrol us as an account payee in BPI and BDO. For Paypal: if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay us using your MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discovery card by clicking the Paypal payment option. After you click it, you will be directed to the Paypal page which will allow you to make a one-time pay using your credit card even if you previously had no Paypal account.  More payment details below. 

You will be required to input your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, and telephone number. Please make sure that information is accurate to avoid delay in delivery. The telephone number is required by the courier. 

Review the order before you press SUBMIT order.

After you SUBMIT ORDER, you will receive an email confirmation via your email address you provided regarding your order.

 

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by MJASIA Corporation. At our discretion, we have the option to accept your order.

Some examples of when we may not accept your order;

Suspected fraudulent activities;

If items shown on the Website are not available;

If we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment;

If items shown on the Website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described;

Delivery address not included in the coverage area. 

 

6. WHAT TAXES DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE?

For international orders, our prices do not include local taxes and customs duties of your country. 

For Philippine orders: the stated prices include VAT (12% Value Added Tax for the Philippines).

 

7. WHAT'S YOUR POLICY WITH RESPECT TO DISCOUNTS?

MJASIA CORPORATION reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion. Special discounted codes cannot be applied to already discounted items or items on sale. 

 

8.  WHAT'S YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We have a 14-day EXCHANGE POLICY WITH STORE CREDIT. 

We encourage you to review our Sizing Chart to avoid return due to size mismatch. We will work with you to facilitate the returns. We do however suggest that you have the items insured when you send them back. We will not be responsible for lost items. 

MJASIA Corporation employs strict product quality control. However, we would like to make sure that you are satisfied with our products. You have 14 calendar days to return the goods counted from the receipt of the package based on our shipper to the shipment date on the proof of shipping.  Only products bought via our website fitlegend.online can be returned for store credit. We highly encourage you to look at the sizing chart and the details of the product to ensure that the product you order meet your expectations. 

Please make sure that the clothes are UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED and IN THE SAME CONDITION in which it was received by you. The tags, labels and hooks must be complete and in good condition. The item(s) must be sent to our designated return addresss in its original packaging and INVOICE.

For returns:

i) email wecare@fitlegend.online before sending the goods back to us. Please let us know the invoice number and reason for return. In the email subject, please indicate RETURN

ii) We will reply to acknowledge your request to return and give you a return number and a delivery address to where the goods must be sent via courier. Please give us a few days to acknowledge your email regarding your return request.

iii) When you return the goods, please email us the shipping details, airway bill or proof of shipment within 24 hours from the time of sending. You will be responsible for the payment of the return shipment fee. We suggest that you insure the return shipment to make sure they reach us. We will not be liable for goods that do not reach the designated address.

iv) If all of the conditions above are satisfied, you will be entitled to an online store credit. We will determine if the returned goods meet the conditions.  We reserve the right to determine if the returned good meet the conditions stipulated above for return for store credit. We also reserve the right to identify items that are considered as NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE or FINAL SALE.

v) If the return meets the conditions, a customer experience agent will get in touch with you via phone and/or email. We will process the returns in 5 days; and your store credit (less applicable shipping fees and other relevant charges) will be available thereafter.

 

9. REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS

MJASIA CORPORATION is not liable to variations and deviations in colour and image of products as a result of display technologies or other technical reasons.

Our website provides product information including sizing chart and fabric composition. Review the information before making a purchase. MJASIA Corporation is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of products. MJASIA Corporation provides washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the items.
